Meet Hinrik Þór Sigurðsson

Spend a moment with Hinrik Þór Sigurðsson. Hinrik is and has been very active as a riding instructor and horse trainer. Currently he lives with his family in Iceland and operates as a trainer and riding instructor in the Reykjavík area. He has been living and working in Sweden previously.
Hinrik puts an emphasis on mental training for riders and the importance of mental training for enhancing performance of rider and horse.
