Desensitizing a young horse 4/6
In the fourth part of the series about introducing the saddle to a young horse, Sigvaldi Lárus Guðmundsson (FT Riding teacher from Hólar University & head trainer at Kvistir) shows how to desensitize a horse. This is another important key factor in young horse training and makes sure that the youngster is not scared of the trainer or his equipment. This is necessary to build up trust for all further training.
